All licensees may lawfully be open for the sale and consumption of alcoholic liquor or the carryout sale of packaged alcoholic beverages Monday through Sunday from six o'clock (6:00) A.M. until one o'clock (1:00) A.M. The lawful sale and service of alcoholic liquor on New Year's Eve on licensed premises shall be extended by one hour to two o'clock (2:00) A.M. on New Year's Day.
At all other times the sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages on licensed premises or the carryout sale of packaged alcoholic beverages is prohibited. (Ord. 560, 12-13-2011)
