8-13-4-8: INDIVIDUAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT DECISIONS:

The Village will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. Within ninety (90) days of receipt of a complete permit application, the Village will determine whether to issue an individual wastewater discharge permit. The Village may deny any application for an individual wastewater discharge permit. (Ord. 701, 12-8-2020)
