8-13-2-6: RIGHT OF REVISION:
The Village reserves the right to establish, by ordinance or in individual wastewater discharge permits, more stringent standards or requirements on discharges to the POTW consistent with the purposes of this chapter. (Ord. 701, 12-8-2020)
