8-13-2-4: STATE PRETREATMENT STANDARDS:

State requirements and limitations shall be met by all users which are subject to such standards if they are more stringent than Federal requirement and limitations or this chapter. State requirements and limitations are included in the IAC title 35, subtitle C, chapter I, part 310. (Ord. 701, 12-8-2020)
