8-13-1-2: ADMINISTRATION:
Except as otherwise provided herein, the public works coordinator shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. The public works coordinator may delegate authority and responsibilities granted by this chapter. (Ord. 701, 12-8-2020)
