Application for such license shall be made in conformance with the provisions of Chapter 1 of this Title relating to licenses, and shall specify the location of the proposed dances and the person or organization sponsoring the same.
No such license shall be issued to a person who is not a person of good moral character, nor to a corporation or organization which is not represented by a person of good moral character. (1966 Code, §16.502)
