It shall be unlawful to operate or conduct a public dance in the Village without having first obtained a license as is herein provided. The annual fee for public dances to be held on one premises shall be fifty dollars ($50.00), and the fee for a single dance where no annual license is obtained shall be ten dollars ($10.00).
