A. It shall be unlawful to conduct or operate any miniature golf course in the Village for admittance to which a fee is charged without having first secured a license therefor as is herein provided.
B. Application for such license shall be made in compliance with the general provisions relating to applications for licenses as set forth in Chapter 1 of this Title, and to the zoning regulations of the Village.
C. The annual fee for such license shall be twenty dollars ($20.00).
D. It shall be unlawful to keep any miniature golf course in the Village open for business or to permit the same to be used or patronized at any time between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of any night. (1966 Code, §16.105)
