3-2-1-1: APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:
The provisions of this Section, except as to licensing and fees, shall apply to all public shows, theatricals, circuses and other amusements in the Village, whether specifically licensed in another section or chapter of this Code or not. (1966 Code, §16.101)
