The hearings on license denial or revocation matters shall be conducted by the Village Board at a time and place designated by it. Based upon the record of such hearings, the Village President and Village Board shall make a finding and shall sustain, modify or rescind any official notice or order considered at the hearing. A written report of the hearing decision shall be furnished to the applicant or licensee by the Village President and Village Board. (1982 Code)
