3-1-12: UNWHOLESOME BUSINESSES PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful to operate or maintain any blacksmith shop, foundry, or livestock stockyards within the Village limits or to operate or maintain any rendery, tallow chandlery, soap factory, glue factory, tannery, packing plant, slaughterhouse, or any unwholesome business or any business or factory causing noxious odors within the Village limits or within one mile thereof.
