Any person who violates this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 541, 1-11-2011)
