9-6-3: PLACEMENT OF NUMBER:
It shall be the duty of the owner and occupant of every house in the Village to have placed thereon, in a place visible from the street, figures at least two and one-half inches (21/2") high showing the number of that house. (1966 Code, §7.303; amd. 1982 code)
