For the proper enforcement of this chapter, the following codes are adopted as part of this chapter:
A. The BOCA basic building code, in its current edition, as promulgated by the Building Officials Conference of America, Inc., together with the accumulative supplements thereto. The provisions of such code shall govern all matters covered therein to the extent that the same are not in conflict with any provision of this code or other ordinances of the village.
B. The national electrical code, in its current edition, as published by the National Fire Protection Association, together with the accumulative supplements thereto. The provisions of such code shall govern all matters covered therein to the extent that the same are not in conflict with this code or other ordinances of the village.
C. The BOCA basic mechanical code, in its current edition, as promulgated by the Building Officials Conference of America, together with the cumulative supplements thereto. The provisions of such code shall govern all matters covered therein to the extent that the same are not in conflict with any provisions of this code or other ordinances of the village.
D. The BOCA basic plumbing code, in its current edition, as promulgated by the Building Officials Conference of America, together with cumulative supplements thereto. The provisions of such code shall govern all matters covered therein to the extent that the same are not in conflict with any provisions of this code or other ordinances of the village.
