5-1-2: EXCESSIVE ACCELERATION:
It shall be an offense to accelerate or decelerate any vehicle in such fashion as to cause tires of such vehicle to squeal, smoke, or cause the formation of skid marks on the pavement, or to accelerate in such a manner as to make the vehicle swerve or fishtail from side to side. (Ord. 242, 10-4-83)
