There is hereby adopted that certain code known as the "Criminal Code of 1961" in 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-1 et seq., as amended, which code has been and now is filed in the office of the Village Clerk, and the same is hereby adopted and represented as fully as if set out at length herein, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the Village.
