4-1-8-5: USE OF FIREARMS; IDENTIFICATION CARD AND BADGE:
Auxiliary policemen shall not carry firearms nor use their police identification card or badge to cause an arrest to be effected, except when in uniform and in the performance of their duties. (1982 Code)
