4-1-8-2: APPOINTMENTS; TERM:
Auxiliary policemen shall be appointed by the village president subject to the advice and consent of the board of trustees, and shall hold such appointments for a term of one year, or until the same shall be terminated at the discretion of the village president with the consent of the board of trustees. (1982 Code)
