(A) Except as otherwise provided, any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than the maximum penalty for a misdemeanor prescribed under state law. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) A violation of § 155.490 et seq. shall be a misdemeanor, punishable according to law. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. In addition thereto, the city may seek injunctive relief in the County District Court to require conformance with § 155.490 et seq. All costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the city in enforcing the provisions of § 155.490 et seq. shall be paid by the violator of those sections.
