§ 110.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BEER or 3.2 MALT LIQUOR. Any potable malt beverage with an alcoholic content of more than 0.5% of alcohol by volume, and not more than 3.2% of alcohol by weight.
