1713.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.

Before any person shall undertake to construct, install, repair, extend or alter, remove or dismantle any plumbing system or device or any part thereof, he shall first obtain a permit to do so from the City Clerk, to be issued only upon a directive from the Building Inspector. (1972 Code §16-2.)
