1705.10 REVIEW BY COMMON COUNCIL UPON BUILDING AND SAFETY INSPECTOR’S REFUSAL TO GRANT PERMIT.
   If the Building and Safety Inspector shall, in any instance, refuse to grant a building permit after the filing of an application, the applicant shall have the right to apply to the common council, at its next regular meeting, for a review of the action of the Building and Safety Inspector in so refusing such permit, in which event the common council shall either refuse or grant such permit after proper hearing of the matters involved, and their action in that respect shall be final.  (Ord. 2001-8.  Passed 7-3-01.)
