1505.99  PENALTY. 
   (EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 101.99 for general Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.) 
   Whoever violates Section 1505.02 shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each subsequent offense.
