A decision of the Planning Commission may be reviewed by a writ of certiorari in a court of competent jurisdiction. A petition for certiorari shall specify the grounds upon which it is alleged that the Commission's action is illegal or improper. Such petition must be filed within sixty days following the Commission's decision.
