Following the hearing, the Planning Commission shall either approve or disapprove the application for approval of the plat. If the Commission approves the application, it shall affix the Commission's seal upon the plat. If it disapproves the application, it shall set forth its own records and provide the applicant with a copy thereof. The applicant may re-submit his plat for approval, provided he alleviates the reasons given for its original disapproval.
