1305.05 CERTIFICATION AND PRESENTMENT TO COUNCIL.

(a) Upon adoption of the comprehensive plan, and recommendation of the ordinance by the Planning Commission, the secretary shall certify a copy of the plan to Council.

(b) At the first meeting of Council after adoption of the plan, the secretary or a member of the Commission shall present the plan to Council.
