Prior to the adoption of the comprehensive plan the Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing and give at least thirty days notice prior to the date set for the hearings. The notice shall contain the date, time, and place of the hearings and it shall be published as Class I Legal Advertisements in compliance with the provisions of Chapter W. Va. 59-3-1. The area for such notice shall be the Municipality. (Passed 3-20-79.)
