(a) Council shall provide the Planning Commission with suitable offices for the holding of meetings and the preservation of plans, maps, documents and accounts, and shall provide by appropriation a sum sufficient to defray the necessary expenses of the Commission.
(b) All expenditures in excess of fifty dollars ($50.00) must be approved by Council. All expenditures less than fifty dollars ($50.00) are to be approved by the City Manager. (Passed 10-20-81.)
