1106.06 RIGHT TO ENTER PRIVATE PREMISES; DUTY OF OCCUPANTS.

City officers shall have the right to enter upon private premises for the purposes of any inspections or investigations, so long as the provisions of Section 1725.03 of the Codified Ordinances are followed.
