121.15  DISRESPECT OR CONTEMPTUOUS CONDUCT TOWARD COUNCIL.
   Council shall have authority to arrest or cause to be arrested and to be punished by a fine, not in excess of twenty dollars ($20.00), any member or any other person guilty of disrespect or of contemptuous conduct in its presence during its sessions, and may cause to be ejected from Council Chambers any person who, during the session of Council, shall act in an unseemly, contemptuous or disorderly manner. It shall be the duty of any police or other officer of the City to carry out the orders of Council made pursuant to this section. The failure on the part of any person to pay such fine imposed by Council or to obey its orders as to conduct in its presence, shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as such.
