1105.03  REPORTING OF CONTAGIOUS DISEASES.
   (a)    Every physician practicing within the corporate limits of the City shall immediately report to the Health Officer every case, or suspected case, of typhus, typhoid, cerebro spinal or spotted fever, measles, German measles, whooping cough, mumps, chickenpox, tuberculosis, or any other endemic, epidemic, infectious or contagious disease, giving the name, age, sex, race, occupation, sanitary conditions and location of the patient and the physician's diagnosis.
   (b)    Any physician who fails to report any infectious or contagious disease, as provided by this section, within twelve hours after he has knowledge of the same, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (c)    The Health Officer shall report to Council, at its first regular meeting each month, all endemic, epidemic, infectious, and contagious diseases, and particularly cholera, smallpox, diphtheria, typhus, typhoid, cerebro spinal or spotted fever, scarlet fever, measles, German measles, whooping cough, mumps, chickenpox and all forms of tuberculosis occurring within the City.
