(a) No person shall destroy, deface, injure or overturn any basket, can or other receptacle for garbage, paper or rubbish placed on any street, sidewalk or public place in the City by or under the authority of or with the consent of the City, or empty, scatter or burn the contents of any such receptacle on any street or public place.
(b) No person shall wilfully disturb, remove, take or carry away any receptacle or garbage can, or any part thereof, used for purposes mentioned in this article, without lawful authority so to do.
(c) No person shall place in, on or near a garbage can, dumpster or other receptacle for garbage, any garbage, paper, or rubbish not belong to the owner or owners of said garbage can, dumpster or other receptacle for garbage. (Ord. 2001-2. Passed 1-16-01.)
