951.11 DISPOSITION OF MONEYS.

All funds and income derived under and by virtue of this article shall be kept by the officials of the City in a separate fund or account, and shall be used solely for the continuance, maintenance and improvement of the special services herein provided. (1972 Code §9-1-12)
