The City Recorder shall prepare a roll showing such users and the respective fees charged against them, which shall remain on file in his office, and be subject to public inspection. The City Recorder shall render a statement of fees due monthly upon the City's monthly water consumer's statement. Fees under this article are due and payable on the first day of the month following the rendition of service. Council may remit any fee charged which any user shall show to the satisfaction of Council to be erroneous. (1972 Code §9-1-10)
