951.04  SANITATION  INSPECTOR.
   The Health Officer shall be the ex-officio Sanitation Inspector, and it shall be his duty to advise and assist the City Manager or other duly authorized officials in the enforcement of the provisions of this article. (1972 Code §9-1-5)
