121.08 CLERK OF COUNCIL; MEETINGS.

The City Recorder shall be the Clerk of Council and shall keep the minutes thereof and record the same in a well-bound book, which minutes shall be signed by the Recorder, and when approved at a subsequent meeting of Council, shall be signed by the Mayor.
