935.04  UNAUTHORIZED USE OF SANITARY SEWERS.
   No person, not having authority deriving from Council, shall use, obstruct, damage, remove, or tamper with any part of the City sewer system or any fixture or appurtenance thereto. (Passed 10-21-80.)
