(a) Any request to connect property to a sewer main where there is no such main in a street, easement or right of way adjoining such property shall be referred to Council at the next regular meeting after receipt of such application.
(b) Any request to connect property that is located outside the City boundaries, to a sewer main shall be referred to Council at the next regular meeting after receipt of the request. (Passed 10-21-80.)
