935.02 PRIVATE SANITATION SYSTEMS.
   (a)    Where a public sanitary sewer is not available the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system complying with all applicable rules and regulations of the State and County Boards of Health.
   (b)    The owner shall operate and maintain such private sewage disposal facilities in a sanitary manner at all times.
   (c)    At such time as a public sewer becomes available to a property served by a private sewage disposal system a direct connection shall be made to the public sewer in compliance with this section, and any septic tank or similar private sewage disposal facilities shall be abandoned and the location thereof shall be put in a safe and sanitary condition as required by State and County Boards of Health.
