913.02 REMOVAL OF PAVEMENT OR OTHER MATERIAL.

In removing pavement or other material from any street, alley, sidewalk or public ground, for any purpose whatsoever, the material removed shall be deposited in such manner as to guard against inconvenience to the public by obstructing any street, alley, sidewalk or public way or place.
