909.09 HEARING; ALTERATION OR AMENDMENT OF ASSESSMENT.

Council may, upon the hearing provided for in Section 909.08(b), alter or amend the assessments against any one or more owners, for good cause shown. If any of the owners shall fail to appear at such hearing, the assessment as made shall be final. The finding of Council shall be conclusive. (Passed 4-2-63.)
