(a) "Sidewalk" means any portion of a street between the curb line and the adjacent property line, intended for the use of pedestrians.
(b) “Engineer” means the City Manager or other person appointed by the Municipality or property owner to oversee sidewalk construction.
(c) "Contractor" means the party or parties contracting to do any work described in this article, or authorized representatives of such party.
