901.14 DRIVING VEHICLES INTO FENCED OFF AREAS.

No person shall drive or propel, or cause to be driven or propelled, any vehicle, on any street or alley, or part thereof, which has been fenced off for the purpose of paving, excavating or repairing, until such fence shall have been removed and such street or alley opened by the proper authority. (1972 Code §18-1-18.)
