107.02 OFFICIAL COPY OF CODIFIED ORDINANCES.

One copy of the Codified Ordinances shall be certified by the City Clerk as correct and official and shall be placed and kept permanently on file in the office of the City Clerk. No person shall remove such copy of the Codified Ordinances from the office of the City Clerk. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
