901.10 ALLOWING WATER TO RUN ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.

   No person shall allow water from any premises owned or occupied by him to run into or upon any street, sidewalk or public place of the City in such quantities, or in such manner, as to become a nuisance. (Passed  12-20-55.)
