Each vendor-taxpayer shall keep complete and accurate records of taxable sales and all charges taxed hereunder, together with a record of the tax collected thereon and shall keep all invoices, bills or such other pertinent documents. Such records and other documents shall be open at any time, during business hours, to the inspection of the City Recorder or agents of the City. (1972 Code §19-2-12)
