763.02 FEE.

   The City shall collect an annual fee for license issued under this section as follows:

   (a)   Class A retail license: one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each place of business;

   (b)   Class B retail license: one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each place of business;

   (c)   Distributors: one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each place of business;

   (d)   Brewer with principal place of business located in WV: one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) for each place of manufacture; and

   (e)   Brewpub: one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each place of manufacture.
