753.62  VETERINARIAN.
   Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of a veterinarian shall be five dollars ($5.00).  When used in this section, “veterinarian” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 30, Article 10, Section 1(c).
