753.60 REAL ESTATE SALESMAN.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of a real estate salesman shall be five dollars ($5.00). When used in this section, “real estate salesman” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 47, Article 12, Section 2(d).
