753.59 REAL ESTATE BROKER.

Effective July 1, 1987, the annual fee to carry on the business of a real estate broker shall be five dollars ($5.00). When used in this section, “real estate broker” means the same person as defined in West Virginia Code, Chapter 47, Article 12, Section 2(a).
